The Committee Chair will call the meeting to order.

Selection of Public Accounting Firm for Annual Financial Audits

Briefing on competitive process for selecting a public accounting firm to audit the Division's annual financial statements for the years ending June 30, 2020 through June 30, 2024.

Audit Report - Substitutes Follow Up

Review of the status of management action plans related to a prior audit of school substitutes.
4.

Annual Budget for School Audit Services

Review of the fee paid by the School Division to the City for audit services expected to be provided by the City's Auditing Department during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021.

Other Business

The Committee Chair will ask members of the Committee and staff if they have any other business for discussion.

Adjournment

The Committee Chair will adjourn the meeting.
