Pay Other City Taxes and Invoices by Credit Card or eCheck

***NOTE: Real Estate Statements have been mailed and are due on Monday, October 5, 2020. If you did not receive a statement and your real estate taxes are not paid through your mortgage escrow account, please contact the Roanoke City Treasurer's Office at 540-853-2561. Failure to receive a statement does not relieve you of penalties, interest and fees.

You can pay online by transferring funds from your personal checking or savings account with eCheck. eCheck is a free service.

You may also choose to pay by Credit Card. Roanoke has contracted with Official Payments Inc., to process your credit card payment. You can pay with your personal or business VISA, MasterCard, or Discover/Novus card. A 2.45% convenience fee applies to this service.

Please note that some financial institutions do not allow debits from savings accounts. Check with your financial institution to verify your account information is correct and electronic debits are allowed to avoid the $35.00 returned check fee.
