Treasurer's Office

The Roanoke City Treasurer's Office will reopen with limited hours on Monday, June 8, 2020 from 8:30am-4pm (City Business)
8:30am-12pm (DMV Select Business)
DMV Select hours are reflecting for the overwhelming demand of the service. For the safety of our staff and the public, we are having reduced hours for DMV Select Business until further notice.
Thank you for your understanding.
We still urge you to do any business you can online or by phone/check.

If you do come to pay your bill in person, make sure you check your bill for any discrepancies before entering the building.

When you come to the Municipal Building you can enter on the Church Ave. side (if you have mobility issues, you may use the entrance on 2nd St., SW).  Stop at the gray tent for assistance. You must wear a face covering when entering the building.  If you do not have one, you will be supplied with a mask.  Hand sanitizing stations are available for use.
We also ask that you practice physical distancing of 6 feet.

Thank you for your patience!
